I'm a little confused with the instructions BT have issued regarding setting up new accounts in Outlook/Thunderbird for BT Mail.
They seem to be asking me to delete each account and then replace them with exactly the same details - why can't I simply leave my existing accounts in place?
Also, although I have now received the 'moving' email, they do not give me any indication of when it might happen. I have a lot of disposable email addresses on the BT/Yahoo platform - I know these won't be usable on the new platform, but I need to get the timing right to replace them on the new platform - any advise would be appreciated
