Moved Homes - Activation date was 10 days ago - still no fibre broadband
I moved homes on the 24th of February, told my activation would be 16th of March and now its 23rd of March and still no broadband. Engineer visited on the 22nd and told me that infinity fiber broadband was not even associated to my account (no swtiching at CSS!?!?!?!). BT Smarty Hub is flashing purple.
I was told on the 22nd at 11:45 that the issue was found and it would be resolved by midnight on the 22nd - but alas, its now the 23rd and still no fiber broadband.
Meanwhile BT is happyily charging me for a service I have yet to receive.
