So i got 2 sim cards one number stayed the same.. no problem with that sim... then typically mine, i wanted a new number so got a new number and now i can not access the parental controls. It says im still being swapped over to bt.. i was wondering how long does this take and also why am i unable to change parental settings? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @tiredhero, welcome to the community and thanks for posting, it normally takes around 24 hours from when the order is placed for it to be completed, is it still showing as open in MyBT? Once the order is closed you should be able to manage the parental controls.
Hi and thanks.. yes i have had this for around a week now.. its still the same so i guess i have something wrong with my sim or the change over.. surprise surprise virgin media causing trouble for me still.. (wouldn't surprise me if they have messed something up so i can not switch propperly)

Can you double-check that your BTID is set as the account holder?
If the BTID does have account holder status and you are still getting the same error please reply to my private message that I have just sent you.

so i have done all of the above i have also phoned as i waited a few days.. i can not get on to the mobile page of my bt products no longer either for some reason(kicks me back to the main page)..
i have now filed a complaint
