Moving BT mobile number from my account to my daughter's account
I want to move my daughter's BT mobile number from my account to her own account. Her phone has been part of my account for a number of years but she has now left home and wishes to take this over. We are leaving BT and have successfully ported our numbers to Three. However, we have been told by a BT advisor that it is not possible to do this internally. We were told that we would have to get a PAYG SIM with another provider, port the number to the PAYG account and then get a new PAC code from the new operator and port the number to my daughter's BT account.
This seems a very long winded process for something that should be simple to organise.
