My husband and I both have email under BT premium mail but now have BT broadband. How do we move our premium email accounts to our broadband account as we don’t want to be paying for premium mail when we're paying for BT Broadband, especially as my husband has just received an email saying the charge is going up to £5 a month on his account.

Have just spoken to someone on the number provided. Apparently our email accounts are still on the Yahoo platform (indefinitely?) so it is not possible to link/move them to our BT Broadband account for technical reasons, but he has put in requests for each of our Premium Mail accounts to have Zero Bill Invoices. Apparently this will take 5-7 days and our next bills will be zero. Will report back at that time. Thank you for your assistance.
