Moving away

I am sure this has been answered before. I am moving in with my girlfriend and family. She already has a TV package and Broadband. I am also moving county so my house is empty now. Can I find out about my contract and any cancellation charges online or is there a free number I can call from my O2 mobile? I will return my house to the council soon.

@Wheelnut1  if you contact our live chat team on this link they'll be able to let you know how longs left on your contract and if there will be any cancellation charges.

That was the simplest thing I've ever seen with BT, an answer from Neil0, a live chat and the service cancelled within 10 minutes. The call handler even called me back on my mobile 😛
