I am moving from BT infinity to Sky fibre after 18months of many problems with BT.
The porting and broadband activation was suppose to happen yesterday. It looks like my BT infinity has been cut off but sky are unable to port my number.
I stuck without broadband. Any ideas why sky are unable to port my number from BT at the moment?
That was my first attemp which failed miserably. I am hoping to confirm from BT that have released everything properly.
