Hi!
I am trying to set up my house move, but the website for that is broken.
I end up with the message "secureorder.bt.com didn’t send any data."
Looking at the help, I only end up with a number to call, and that's not possible for me right now as I'll be travelling for the next few weeks, and then move as soon as I get home. I wish I could just email, but this is the closest I can get, I guess...
I hope someone in charge of the BT website sees this and fixes it.

Noticed the same myself, doesn't seem to complete the order as nothing is confirmed, no email
, nothing. Also the stated dates are all wrong to for me. As early process confirms a line is found at the address and it should take no more than a few days to activate. Yet at the end it states 2 weeks as the earliest to activate\install services and gives a time slot as if a full install, which its not and only requires line activation.
