Has anyone else noticed that when you go to the "Moving Home with BT" page (http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/8333/c/345) that there's an error in the "Answers others found helpful" links?
One of the links is "What Will Happen to my contract term if I move?" (http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/7095/c/345/related/1) - which is kind of important...
...but it just loops back round to the "Moving Home with BT" page.
Tried Chrome, IE11/Edge, and Firefox.
...the other links don't loop like this.
The answer is "yes" by the way if you ring the helpline (0800 100 400) you will be recontracting...
When I check that page its seems to be working okay for me. On that page it states -
What will happen to my phone line contract term if I move?
If you want telephone service at your new address, a new 12-month contract term will always apply for the telephone line. Any un-used portion of Line Rental Saver that you paid at your old address, and any remaining contract term on a telephone calling plan, will both carry over to your new address.
What will happen to my broadband term if I move?
Any term remaining on your existing broadband contract will be transferred to your new address if you take the same service there. However, if the term on your broadband contract is less than three months, a new three-month contract will apply at your new address.

I get the same thing, it takes me back to the moving home page.
The information is on this page http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/8333/c/345
by expanding the "charges and contracts" plus sign.
Really odd, I suspect the link on the main page is no longer used, as the info is lower down.
Would be interesting to see if others see the same.
