BT Customer experience survey
Could anyone in the know shed some light on this? We've been given 2 stories by 2 people at BT
We have moved our office from one building, across the car park, into a new building.
Used the BT move service.
They put in ADSL to new building, told us to upgrade to fibre once it is in.
ADSL went in yesterday, told no ports showing available wait 24 hours and try again (I guess becuase our old building isn't freed up yet)
Spoke to someone else, told me that's rubbish, the cabinet is full and that's it.

Note:- Once the original line was ceased, it would then go to the next person on the waiting list, if the cabinet is full. It would not be automatically allocated to you.
