Hello.. can't find all the details I need on BT site..
Currently have my broadband from Orange, standard 8mbit ADSL service.
Got my phone line with BT with free weekend & evening call plan.
Do I need a MAC code from Orange to properly switch to Infinity?
And presumably if I take the Infinity Unlimited calls plan, BT will automatically adjust my current call plan and tariff?

I presume you have checked that you can get infinity.
Yes, request a MAC from Orange and give it to BT, either during your order or by calling/emailing it to them afterwards if Orange are slow with giving you the code (though by law you must have it within five days). Most (if not all) providers will keep providing you your current service until all services have been transfered to the new provider (resulting in 30 minutes downtime during the actual switch on your activation day, tops), but you may want to have a quick read through the cancellation section of Orange's terms and conditions just to be sure. 🙂

Anyone know about the calling plan and whether BT will automatically move me over to the unlimited calls package from my current tariff, or will that involve a load of calls to BT to sort it out?
make sure when you get your MAIN E MAIL ADDRESS you make sure it is the one you wanted (check spelling, etc.) and keep it safe.
