October 1st I placed a order to get BT infinity 2 and I also requested for BT to take over the phone service at my new address and end the service at my current address on 23/10/17 however moving into my new address has been delayed by a couple of weeks - When i go to order summary to try and change my moving out date again it does not seem to update it just stays on 23/10/17 as my activation date. I'm not sure who to contact about this so a contact number would be appreciated thank you!
