I am not sure if BT are working on my Spam questions of the last two days but today the Outlook on my PC has downloaded all 245 of the emails in my BT Inbox multiple times. I mean it has done this 4 times in the past half an hour. It is a pain deleting 1000 emails while making sure I am not deleting a new one! What is BT doing?

Hi.
Usually when a client downloads all the emails from the Inbox, it's down to the client not seeing (or getting) the index for the latest emails in the list - hence doesn't know from what email to get new ones. That could be down to a connection fault during the fetch process, so Outlook fails to complete the process and needs to start again when emails are checked.
Though sometimes it can be a server fault causing multiple downloads of the same email - which is typically a different case.
