Multiple packages

Hi there, 

Basically I'm having my internet changed over to bt next week. However I'm still the account holder for old address with my ex which I didnt realise I still was, all the payments are from his accounts it's just the email and account name that is still in my name. 

Can you have two packages for different addresses from the same email or will the Internet be suspended from my last address?

Is there a way to transfer the account and package for my old address over to my ex or will they have to apply for a new package?

You cannot transfer the account to your ex. Would need to cease or your ex start a new contract and a working line takeover not necessarily with BT
