Mutiple outlet activation

Go to solution
Hello all,
I am moving into a new built property. Now my site manager has asked me that when booking a new connection with BT, let BT know as to how many internal outlets i will need to be operational, as they would charge for each connection. What does this mean? I just need one telephone line connection to my residential property for broadband.

Please help

They mean how many extension sockets do you require. In your case, none, just the master socket, assuming it is in a convenient location for your router.
