Since going onto BT BB last week, I have now had my second auto generated email asking me activate MY BT account so that I can see my bills online. I already have online account facility and can see my bills, past and current and phone calls made and now my BB details and daily usage etc.
I wonder if this is part and parcel of BT trying gto get me to sign up for e-billing and go paperless.
Had a Live Chat this morning and they asked for my BT.Com login details and said everthing was OK disregard these emails. Then later had an email telling me that MY Account was active and that I had paperless billing, which I had been trying to avoid. However, I did access my account a few moments ago and My Profile still says I still get paper bills. Perhaps it will update later overnight, if at all!
