It's not your system its been happening for months at present I have asked on of the BT people who can push this forward to look into it. What could help though is if you can supply a view of what you are seeing.
Hopefully you have seen my view in this thread that I provided yesterday and if what you are seeing is the same then just make an additional comment that what you are seeing is as shown above. If not if you can provide a picture of what you get it might help the boys in boiler room perhaps. Be very careful though to edit the picture any information that is sensitive.
The Mod that I dealt with last night has agreed to take this to the relevant people and I also have one of the BT boiler room guys working on other issues that has also agreed to look at this. I will not be letting go of this until we have some answers as its been annoying me for a considerable time with no obvious fix.
When it first started having issues for me back in march I transfered most of my calendar over to google calendar
(calendar.google.com)
but when it came back I reverted - now I get duplicate prompts from both systems. I had thought about shifting over to google lock stock and barrel but to be honest the BT/yahoo one came back on line after about 3 months. The real issue for me is its not actually controlled by BT as its really yahoo and to be fair to BT it cannot be easy getting yahoo to be that interested.
If it were not for the lock that BT has on me I might consider moving to another service provider but having worked for them for 35+ years in the past and also having a direct interest in their success through perks I picked up while I was employee I just renegotiate each time the contract comes up and stay!
How do I send a copy of the screen shot of the calendar I get when going into calendar from e-mail. The system is telling me the file exceeds the maximum allowed size (333KB)
Hi, I have marked the original message as New so I hope it now gets viewed as a live problem as it is happening again ! This is now beyond a joke !!
Paying for this service, unfortunately I couldn't recommend it, even if it was free
This is just the latest issue affecting this web mail application, the web browser is not the problem, I've checked with Chrome and Explorer/Edge, same issue.
Why are Yahoo deploying updates without testing the application appropriately?
What action is Yahoo taking, when can be expect the issue to be resolved? ......... crickets .......... tumbleweed .........
Hmmm!, I did a screenshot of calendar and loaded it into paint.net a picture editor and removed some of the security bits I didn't want displayed. I then saved it as JPG and even though it was fullscreen it saved as 157M size. Not sure if you have a picture editor but I saved it with 60% reduction.
I also have the problem with the BT Yahoo Calendar not displaying correctly & currently being unusable.
Unusable messScreenshot showing the mess BT Calendar users (CUSTOMERS) are faced with. Same issue on Microsoft Edge, Chrome & Firefox browsers. Please can this be looked at & fixed ASAP.
Thank you, Ultraviolet. I had difficulty pasting the screen shot to my message but you have done it for me as your screen is exactly the same as mine. Come on BT, with your resources, you must be able to sort this out.
I'll post again if my calendar reverts to its usable state as it has done previously.

Mine is exactly the same as the screen shot posted and has been for the past three days! Called BT yesterday, they didn't think anything was wrong (!), said they would look into it and get back to me within 72 hours. Still waiting, in the meantime the Calendar is unusable.
