My BT Page Problems

Hi after ordering a new hub 6 back in March I have been unable to acces my products I get this meassage 

Sorry something's gone wrong
There's been a problem getting your product details.
Please try logging in again in 15 minutes
I'm also geting the same on the my bt app
Any help greatfuly receved

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
