I'm having similar problems, having had bt TV for a long time my subscription was accidentally changed from total to basic recently when I was changing other things. Since changing back to total I can't get sport in HD the cartoon channels and others. The system isn't recognising my subscription. I've contacted the help line performed factory reset on both boxes and what you describe here but still does not work. I only have until Wednesday to cancel my contract on the 14 day cool off but what to stay. Help!
