I'm trying to look at what upgrades I can get on my account but it says I'm an employee. I'm not an employee of BT and never have been. How can I get the flag taken off the account when I'm not supposed to ring them up?
Tried ringing - got stuck on hold for ages with no answer and messages saying don't ring BT if you can avoid it. Is there are better way of contacting them for non-urgent stuff like this (e.g. a message like this one!)?
