It was set up for face id. However, since the change the app has been requesting a full log-in and then timing out. I have done a full re-install and the problem is still there.

I left it for about 2 months and eventually the issue resolved itself. There were about 2 more IOS updates and then I tried the BT app again a couple of weeks ago, and got in no problem. Didn’t have to contact BT in the end! BT Cloud also worked fine. Fingers crossed it lasts!
