I have just ordered BT broadband which is to be installed next month. I used to have BT broadband a few years ago, and I used my email address to log in to My BT. When I signed up again today I used the same email address as used previously.
I can log on to My BT using this email address and my old password, but I cannot see my new order anywhere.
Does anyone know if when my account is set up and I am active, will I be able to view all my bills and details in My BT for my new account?

Yes, order is confirmed and I have had another email confirming date service begins.
You will need to add the account to your MyBT.

Why that is under the bt-sport sub-menu I have no idea!
Also, to get to the page shown, you first need to click on 'Your details' !!!
Thanks, but I followed the instructions which say to click "Settings", but this is not showing in My BT.
Also, I dont have my account number yet, which the instructions say I need. I only have my order number.
