My BT

Why does my BT never update in time? I have never seen a bill before the dd date so am clueless as to what will be taken from my account.

Are you on whole bill direct debit, or monthly payment plan?

I pay monthly but I think whichever way you pay you should be able to see your bill beforehand.

i dont think they have to tell you beforehand, unless they are changing the value, date etc of collection. thus if its the same amount each month they may not need to advise, but if that amount is changing then per the DD scheme in the Uk they should be advising you (either via invoice in the post or via email etc)

I always get an email a couple of weeks before the DD goes out saying the bill is available to view in MYBT.
