I know this isn't the right place but nothing with Bt is working properly,this is the only place I get a new message box.My problem I can log in BT home page and to Email but not to My BT or my BT cloud even when cloud is syncing.All I get is a refusal of my log in and box telling me I am being lock out for 15 min for too many wrong attempts.
