Everyone on my street is able to connect to BT inifnity but us, I have check the DSL checker online and its is showing nothing for FTTC for us but my neighbours it is all showing as available so I know its not a capicity or EO issue as we are connected through the same CAB. I think it must be soem sort of Data Base issue does anyone know how I can get that resolved

if you get an automated reply then write again until you get a response from an actual person
just need to persevere as only openreach can help you with your cabinet problem
Hi @stacymc25 Sorry you have not been able to order Infinity.
Has your telephone line been connected long?
I ask this as it can sometimes take a few days after it has been activated and Openreach update the records before Infinity will show available on the line.

What @imjolly has said is correct and Openreach are the only ones who can correct the records but this is taking much longer that I would expect for an active telephone line.
