My Samsung SM-T585 Tablet

Hi hope I can get any help my Samsung tablet model T585 10.1 with o2 sim i have had since mid November 2016 it worked perfectly and connecting time my bt smart hub for the WiFi I have bt infinity unlimited for my broadband. It's been two weeks since I can been able to connect to my WiFi at home it states on my settings on the Samsung tablet I am connected to the smart hub but when I want to use the tablet for the bt WiFi it keeps telling me I am off line I can connect OK when I have taken my tablet out to use free WiFi. Can anyone help please

Make sure you turn off "smart setup" on the Smarthub.

Once you have done that, "forget" the connection from to the Smarthub and re-start your tablet then try and connect.
