I have been checking BT OpenReach website for the last 6-8 months but their message has not changed. When I check I get a message 'Your area is connected to Ultrafast Fibre but demand is high right now, so you may not be able to order a service today. We're working to increase capacity, so please check back for an update.'
I've spoken to BT but their sales people are not able to help. I've checked BT OpenReach and can't find a contact number to speak to someone about a timeframe on how long it will take to increase capacity.
