My bill/ pakage and over all service

So I have been over a month awaiting my package. I now have my package setup however it looks like I'm paying for someone else to have broadband and a phone line. I was supposed to be activated on the 6th of sep, this has apparently happend however it's not in my house!! I got a bill though (my first bill), bearing in mind I don't even have a phone to make calls, I have been charged for 4 calls???

I really need an English speaking agent to contact me about this as I am getting no where here.

I am a network engineer with sky so I don't need to be told how to reboot my router 100 times.

Hey I filled in the above mentioned form. On checking my bill you have indeed setup the account for a different flat. So looks like I'm paying for someone else's broadband and telephone calls. If someone could call me to discuss that would be great
