I have recently purchased bt TV and it’s not showing any of the channels I have subscribed to such as amc. Also my broadband is not working and my activation date was yesterday.
Should I call bt customer support ?

If your broadband isn't working, your subscription channels won't as they're delivered via the broadcast. Check your order status on MyBT...
