My phone line has been permenantly engaged since Thursday.

The internet and BT Vision are both working fine. Have checked the test jack and the phone still sounds the same - engaged tone. Done the online line check thing and said no errors have been found and the line is working? Does it sound like a handset problem? We are waiting for my father to bring a spare phone down to try, but that won't be til later. Any help would be great!

You need to phone BT faults on 151 or 0800800151 and report the fault as a constant engaged tone it sounds like an exchange fault
