What are my rights to cancel my service as I have had an ongoing speed fault since I had Infinity installed 4 months ago ??
I have complained to 'disconnections' and technical support to be told I can cancel but it will cost me £187 !!!
I have had no reliable service since June and have been told I can downgrade to total broadband but it would cost me the same
as Infinity unlimited. That is just daylight robbery !!!
What are my rights to cancel ??
I would recommend you try and get the fault fixed.
If you start by posting your router stats someone here will probably be able to help. If not, contacting the mods would be a good move.
I know what you mean about the cost of Infinity and vanilla broadband. I like others pay the same for a 1.5Mb rural connection

They normally reply by email or phone directly to you within 3 working days they will take personal ownership of your problem until resolved and will keep you informed of progress
They are a UK based BT specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved
