I have been a Talk21 user for years, with no problems. Suddenly, most of my emails that I send are ending up in the recipient's junk folder. I know I can ask them to Move to Inbox. But most people don't check their junk so they don't know they aren't receiving my emails.
Please can you help?

Have a look through the guidance on Best Practices for sending email and this should help ensure future emails arrive in the inbox.

I'm sorry, maybe I wasn't very clear. I am a private/personal user not a business user. I don't send tons of emails. The people who are now receiving my emails in their junk folders are people, like my brother, best friend, etc, who are people who I have been emailing for years using the same email address.
It has not been a problem before. Could it have coincided with the latest BT update which affected Yahoo? Would my Talk21 account also have been affected? I just can't work out otherwise what has changed.
