My wi-fi connection keeps telling me I am not connected

The last few days, my Mac desktop keeps telling me I have no connection, it seems to be constantly searching for networks. I have noticed 2 other users in the area and it seems when they aren't on the list or further down, my wi-fi is better. My Hub 6 is fine and stays constant blue, however my printer next to my desktop is also searching and won't connect, Epson Expressions Home 202.

Both are connected via LAN.

Ironically this has only been happening since BT have been sending me e-mails re upgrading to BT Plus!

Re: My wi-fi connection keeps telling me I am not connected

Try a factory reset of the hub by pressing the recessed button with a pin for about 20 seconds until the lights flash. Remember to turn off smart setup again afterwards.

Thanks for that info Sage, can't ever remember even looking at that, and we have had the Smart hub for quite a while.

Just wondered why I am having these problems now?
