Anyone else having issues with the “speed to your hub” not appearing anymore in the MyBT “Test my speed” results section or is it just me?
It's working fine for me, there was a similar thread to this last week I think.
There's usually a contact email address in the relevant app store, it's worth raising it with the developer.
Interesting, why package are you on? I have just signed up for full900 and it was activated on Sunday?
Fibre 900 too. Was activated yesterday in the early hours and hub speeds were working then but not anymore
What speeds are you getting, I'm having major issues with mine now, it's up and down like a yoyo, they appear to have also placed a fault on the line?
I have been contacted by BT today. Apparently this is a hub firmware issue affecting full900 customers due to the speed of the connection. They are releasing an updated firmware to address this shortly.
I have the same problem. It's the same on the SH1 as the SH2.
I hope this is true and not a fob off. The firmware was last updated on 6th april.
