Hi. After several futile attempts (spent an hour & a half) at navigation & waiting for Chat & telephone responses from BT Helpdesks, I am posting my query here. I would like to look at my contract dates for broadband etc. on MyBT. I seem to be unable to navigate to this information. I must be doing something wrong & would like to know how I can get to this please? Thanks in advance for any help!

What a strange thing for an organisation to show no details of the packages given they were in the past and no Customer Service email being made available leaving the poor customer to have to waste time hanging on for an Agent to respond!
