I still can't access the offers using MyBT but found this purely by accident

Use this link and click on the personalised broadband deal link under the Latest Deals and Offers and you should end up with your offer being displayed     https://home.bt.com 

The fact that this works indicates a major problem with the MyBT site as it should be accessing the same links data or whatever if some form of database is used.

At least I can now see the pay £5 extra for 52Mb fibre Smiley Very HappySmiley Very Happy   Whether or not I take it up or even remain with BT in June is a different matter.

Don't rely on the Web offer . You will always get a better deal by phoning, and being persistent -  having informaion on the market deals including those for new customers to BT. Ridiculous and disheartening but true of all broadband.

Wrong !! It depends on what the offer is, and if ringing it all depends on who you talk to. You do need to be persistent and back up your argument with what other ISPs are quoting but if the operative won't play ball or the computer says no in my case I definitely won't get a better deal.
My offer is below the current new customers offers to start with.
