Have a look at this thread , where I felt extremely miffed, and expressed my miffedness, that a third party had marked it as solved.

 

Said 3rd party never responded, so I felt even more miffed.

NoScript tells me that the new site has scripts from mobify.com - new kid on the block? - who tell us that they are there to

I know the mods can mark solved or even remove solved but as ironman123 has not complained about the 'solved ' tag it suggests it was the OP who marked it solved and like many has the new MYBT page

I get that as well but it would be good if it then went on to show my accounts instead of just my bill amounts then telling me I don't have a phone or broadband account

I agree, it would be nice to see anything regarding my phone and BB.

after getting mods involved I have the technical team looking into mine with probabliity of a 'profile reset'   just need to wait and see now

Oops, sorry imj, I didn't make it clear I just meant "only the person who started the thread can mark as solved" was not true Smiley Sad

 

Maybe ironman123 dared not complain for fear of "calling out" the mods Smiley Wink
on the other hand, you're quite right - he might be happily viewing a cast iron all systems go MyBT page, and approves the green tick, or did it himself.
