Contrary to another poster's opinion above, it is a *good* idea if everyone would use the contact-mods form and submit the details required.

Having a whole load of emails organised with the correct details of a big number of individual customers (account numbers, description of problem etc) is certainly much better and more useful to the mods than having just a thread where all the problems are stacked haphazardly, and it will help if the mods want/can present this information to the powers that be and make a convincing case that something is seriously wrong.

Just how many emails do they need to convince them that they can't get a website to work?????

I suspect that the comments on this forum are just the tip of the iceberg.

Let's face it, a company this size shouldn't have this kind of problem with their website .... Especially the part that controls the customer account settings.

We shouldn't have to complain ... It SHOULD WORK!! We pay enough for the privilege.

 

I've been waiting three days for a reply from a moderator about the Smartalk App that I need to configure via MyBt ... (Not holding my breath) ...

The mods normally reply within 3 Working days (NOT INCUDING WEEKENDS )  They will contact you as soon as your mail reaches the top of there mail queue

Hi guys,

 

We posted a further update about this here.

 

Most of the issues with MyBT will be fixed by 1st April, with the exception of the missing calling plan add-ons which we are still working hard to fix.

 

We will post a further update when we have more information about this. In the meantime here is some information on how to check if you have an add-on.

One wonders if the given date is suitable to claim that most of this will be fixed;)
