No broadband for over 2 weeks, sent a new router first week of fault, kept telling BT the fault wasnt with my equiptment, engineer canceled as some muppet logged my complaint as resolved, finaly tracked down to a physical fault in local junction box on main road...... offered £6.30 odd for compensation and £5 good will gesture as i said that wasnt good enough after just over two weeks with no broadband, realy feel like im NOT a valued customer. Totally disgusted.
