Bought a new LG smart tv and BT Sport is on the menu but when I try to access it all I get is a moving bubble saying 'no ci module'. What should I do to put it right ?

Some Freeview TVs (and set-top boxes) will list encrypted channels, even though they have no way to watch them.  Others just hide those channels.
