for the FIFTH time i have had a FULL BILL
and DUE too the FACT my net was screwed for OVER one month DUE too THREE engineers not being able to find the correct SOLUTION
so why do i get a FULL BILL AGAIN
think it is DEFFO time too leave BT>CON
I'm sure if you contact the mods or speak with billing they will be able to help you if you have been without service for sometime...
You SHOULD contact the TECHNICAL support team on 0800 111 4567 and ask them to refund YOU for the DAYS when your SERVICE was not working AS it should. ASSUMING the fault was something TO do with BT then THEY should definitely DO this for you.
