NOT RECIEVED PREPAID MASTERCARD £100 Dispatched over a month ago...

Hello,

Can someone help? Our broadband went live on 26 Sep 2017 and we applied for the Prepaid Mastercard reward straight after. It says it was dispatched on 3rd Oct 2017 but there is still no sign of it...

Can someone give some advice as to how and where I can chase this up please?

Hi @bkyles Sorry you have not received your Reward Card yet.

Contact the Reward Card Team Here and they will check what has happened and update you.
