NOT able to Send or Receive Emails

Hi, in over a space of a few hours I am unable to send or receive emails in my Windows Live or on my iphone.... on either of my bt accounts, keeps coming up that username AND password are wrong.... they worked a few hours ago and nothing has been changed...

 

Can someone please advise.....

Hi.

 

This is usually a fleeting issue, normally curing itself after a short period - possibly a few days.

 

If it's still the same, keep trying every couple of hours without changing anything, and hopefully it will start working again. You could try logging into webmail (i.e. via a browser) and logging out, this can sometimes force the system into life.
