NOW TV - Cannot login

I signed up for Now TV Entertainment PAss and asked it to link to my Now TV existing account.  i cannot login to the Now TV account using this.  if i try and do a forgotten password i get an error that it cannot identify you.

at the moment therefore i cannot use it

Hi @RogerNikki8408, welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Sorry about that, it sounds like it hasn't been linked to your existing Now TV account or the existing account has expired if it hasn't been used in a while and will need to be activated again. If you call the Tv faults team on 0800 111 4567 they'll be able to help you get this sorted.

It’s a little confusing I can access the channels ok on the tv box but I cannot login to the app
