NOW TV Reset Password - No link e-mail received from NOW TV Set or Reset Password Page.
Having BIG Sports package, I can view NOW TV Sky Sports on TV through BT Box. But unable to add other devices to my NOW TV account set up through BT as unable to Reset the Password.
My e-mail address is identified, no error message. I have checked by missing a character from email address which then was not identified.
Without a password my viewing is limited to the BT Box.
HELP!
