NOW TV app on BT

Today I went on my NOW TV app on my BT box 4k when I got in it I found out I was locked out so I went to login and I couldn't Amer and said unable to load to sign in please try later can anyone help thank you

Yes it's sold I had to down power a BT box and the hub both at the same time I waited for 5-minutes then I went into the app and I logged in just like that
