Adam from Gavin Patterson's office just rang me. They are aware of the problem and they are hoping that there will be a fix at the beginning of next week. He will phone me back next week, so once again don't hold your breath but who knows...

A chap called Ed **Edited** from Executive Level Technical complaints contacted me, followed by someone called Ivan. Ive also been given a tel number to call - its an 0208 number - anyone know if Im allowed to post it on here? Kerry

I've had the same preoblem of NTP synchronisation for some days now. BT help line could not and BT Care say they have never heard of the issue. I've tried HH5a, 5B and HH6 all display same issue. I had an BT engineer at the house trying to sort it out and could not & he says he has never heard of it either. Reboots sometime correct the problem but it recurrs 24hrs later when the hub tries to contact server.
Encouraging to a post on 13/6 that says the issue has been reproted to the network- wonder if anything will come of this- I'm considering purchasing a different modem/router
Nope, no joy in Oxfordshire/ Northants border, just reset the router and the ntp server's still not pinging. On the plus point I got a new home hub 5 today which almost certainly won't work 😞 I was hoping for one of the newer routers since I have infinity already. Probably try it out late tonight just to see if there's a firmware change on it which might get things working.
