I hope this is the right Board for my message/question. This applies to practically all web sites I use by the way. Why is it that I find it increasingly difficult and more time consuming to navigate the BT web site, even though technology has supposedly advanced a lot over time. I know there is the need for increased security features these days but surely they are mostly 'behind the scenes' and should not impact greatly on the appearance, content and navigability of the web site. I am also aware that my equipment and software are rather old now but I do not think that is the entire problem. The difficulties I have been having have been over quite a number of years, when my equipment and software were not old and may even have been relatively new. Any ideas please?
