Hi there,
Another awful experience with BT underway.
Get no sense from their overseas support and Engineers just seem to randomly turn up when I am not there.
Do not wish to go through another very stressful BT experience so wondered if anyone can point me in the direction of the CEO email address or phone number.
Four months into an 18 month contract, worst service I have ever received form a company and 2nd time I have had a fault I need resolved.
Please help.

Just got a call from someone in BT who claimed to be from the complaints team.
To cut a long story short they point blank refused to allow me to speak to their manager or even make a comlaint regarding the lies they had told me on the call. I was polite the whole way through and they cut me off.
Another example of absuute rubbish customer service.

Well just got a call 10 minutes ago it seems the whole telephone system went down and I was not cut off after all, another lie.
Advised I would get another call back in 2 minutes... 10 minutes later still no call, guess what another lie.
You could not make this up!

I think the CEO's office might beg to differ, but understand your point.
