Need dlm reset

my speeds have dropped over a few mth from 55mb to 39mb ping gone from 9 to 30 and jitter from 0 to spikes of 100 had a few resets of router line won't Settle again as ever 2 day the bt smart hub resets it self I have 4 other bt routers that do the same and checked noise on line plus spoke to bt with no luck ready to quit by for good I'm on infinity 2 said about dlm reset to bt support and they didn't know what I was going on about. Thanks. but this has been stressing me out for while now .

No point in resetting DLM until the fault on your line is fixed.

if your internet conenction is dropping every couple of days even with different router then you have a problem either with your conenction inside or outside your home  are you using test socket with filter to eliminate internal wiring and faceplate as being a problem?  even if you currently have a filtered master socket

as @licquorice said you need to get stable conenction before  a DLM reset will be any good for more than a few days  maybe you need to get engineer visit

I did not say it's dropping every few days I said it's dropped from a few mths bk a how can u get a stable like if the bt hub resets by it self every few days I have 5 bt hubs all do the same even have the new bt smart hub 2 same thing happens I know about networking as I used to work for openreach my self a few years ago . Just spoke to them they are going to do a line reset for me so fingers crossed it gets sorted

It will be interesting to hear how you get on if indeed you get a DLM reset. The problem causing the hub resets needs sorted first.

Every bt hub I've used does it m8 u find it's a big problem I have bt hub 4 5 and smart hub 1 and smart hub 2 sitting in my draw all do same resets same time every few nights

So why are you still using one?

Edit: You are either very unlucky with the hubs or something is causing the resets and I know which I think it is.
